Item Description: Loop hole of size 600 x 500mm will be provided as per drawing att. Main frame work shall be of MS angle 50x50mmx6mm. 45x45x6mm and flat iron 40x6mm cover with 2mm thick MS sheet on four sides except outer and inner opening with four Nos hold fast size 200x50x6mm flat iron comma two on either side with MS shutter made of 8mm thick MS plate 350x 450mm 02 nos with sliding slit of 75x75mm on one shutter. The shutter should be fixed with required no of heavy duty box hinges of 10mm size. With the dimension of the outer opening of the loop hole box being 900 x 700mm. It should also have a cover of transparants acrylic sheet placed outside and which can be removed and is easily replaceable MS tower bolt 2 nos 16mm dia 200mm long to be provided to shut the shutter. The shutter should be sliding type and 3mm thick MS sheet to be welded at end on both sides Edges of the view port to be chamfered evenly.
