Tender notice are invited for the provision of m/o elect services, g set & cold storage plant at msd, karnal (sh: overhaulling, servicing of coldstorage plant & replacement of defective accessories of cold storage plant) s.No.Description of itemqty. unit 1dismantling/ overhauling of 5 tr capacity reciprocating compressor of kirloskar make including supplying and replacement of following worn out parts, reassembling the same after repairing including testing & commissioning etc. as required. a) valve plate-1 set b) cranck shaft assembly - 1 set c) connecting rods - 4 nos d)piston with pin-4 nos e)\'o\' ring set fk4 - 4 nos f)main bearing-1 no. g)main bush-1 no. h)suction valve reed-4 nos i)discharge valve reed- 4 nos j)compressor oil-3 ltr k)compressor shaft seal assembly-1 no. l)gasket set fk-4=1 set 1jobp. job 2detecting the leakage in 5 tr cold storage plant by giving a pressure of nitrogen in the complete system, removing the leakages & pressure testing the plant for 24 hours complete as required. 1job per job 3vacumising the cold storage plant with the help of vaccum pump & maintaining the vacuum complete as required. 1jobper job 4cleaning the 2.5 tr capacity evaporative colling coil ( approx.) capacity with the help of carbon tetra chloride by making arrangement of suitable capacity pressure of nitrogen gas including cleaning the copper tubes complete as required. 4job per job 5rewinding of cooling tower fan motor 4 pole suitable for 3 phase 415 volts ac supplycomplete with supply & replacement of 2 nos valve bearing, shaft seal complete with cover sleeve complete as required.1job per job 6supplying & replacement of following defective asccessories/ warn out parts in the cold storage plant including testing etc. as required. a)expansion valve complete with all accessories 2noseach b) oriphase 2nos each c) compressor valve 1 no. each 7repairing of cooling tower by replacing the following defective accessories with new accessoriesincluding testing & commissioning etc. as required.A)pvc fill 2\' x 1\' x 6\" 10nos each 8charging the r-22 refrigerant in cold storage plant of 5 tr capacity etc. as required. 15 kg per kg.
